Course details

<p>This course is designed for adults who want to improve their wellbeing, relaxation, and physical health through gentle yoga practice. It is ideal for students who may be experiencing stress, anxiety, low mood, or low confidence and would benefit from a calm, supportive environment.</p>

<p>The course focuses on improving both physical and mental wellbeing through guided movement, breathing techniques, and relaxation. No previous experience is needed, and activities are adapted to suit individual ability.</p>
