Functional Skills English - Entry Level 1

<p>This course is designed to help adults develop basic English skills needed for everyday life, work, and further learning. It focuses on building confidence in reading, writing, speaking, and listening.</p>

<p>It is ideal for learners who are starting their English learning journey or who want to improve their skills in a supportive and practical way.</p>

<p>The course uses real-life situations to help you develop communication skills that you can use daily at home, in the community, and in the workplace.</p>

<p>The course covers key areas such as:</p>

<li>Reading simple texts and understanding key information</li>
<li>Writing short sentences and basic documents</li>
<li>Speaking clearly in different situations</li>
<li>Listening and responding to others</li>
<li>Using English in everyday situations (e.g. forms, messages, conversations)</li>

</ul>

<p>To join this course, you should:</p>

<ul>
<li>Be aged 19 or over</li>
<li>Be working at Entry Level or beginner level in English</li>
<li>Be willing to take part in activities and discussions</li>
<li>Attend regularly and practise your skills</li>
</ul>
