<h2>Accessing your online account</h2>
<p>To access a pre-existing account please sign in with the email address and password you used to apply for your course or admission session online. You will need to go to ‘My Account’ and then ‘Sign in’.</p>
<p>To create a new account please go to ‘My Account’ and then ‘Sign up’. You will need to complete the specified fields before you can save your account details. If your email address has been used with us before you will be sent an automatic email to reset your account password.</p>
<p>If you experience any issues with gaining access to your account, you can reset your password by having a temporary password sent directly to your registered email address using the ‘forgot password’ option.</p>
<p>If you would like further support or have not received your temporary access password, then please contact us by email at enquires@salbcp.com or by call on 01202 123444.</p>
<h2>Your learning agreements and why we collect them</h2>

<p>A learning agreement is a document that you are asked to complete at the beginning of every course you start with us.</p>
<p>If your course is online then you will be asked to complete a digital learning agreement on your online account. Otherwise, for classroom-based learning we will provide you with a physical paper based learning agreement.</p>
<p>You will be asked to confirm your personal details and to read our learner declaration. This helps us to capture any changes to your situation and enables us to evidence to the Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) who are an executive agency of the Department for Education that we are using our funding appropriately.</p>

<h2>How to access your digital learning agreement</h2>

<p>You will automatically be emailed a direct link to your agreement and can use this access your document. Alternatively, you can access your digital learning agreements by going to ‘My account’ at the top righthand corner of this page.</p>
<p>Once you have successfully signed into your account you will see a list of your most recent enrolments. Any with a selectable green label stating ‘sign my learning agreement’ will highlight any outstanding learning agreements that you will need to complete.</p>

<h2>How to complete your digital learning agreement</h2>

<p>Please click on the green ‘sign my learning agreement’ label and you will be taken directly to your online document.</p>
<p>You will find many personal details fields already pre-populated from your account details. Please review these carefully and make any necessary updates. If you do make any amendments, please ensure to select ‘update my details’ before you reach the learner declaration.</p>
<p>After reviewing your information and reading our important learner policies you can select the ‘I confirm the above information is correct and wish to sign this learning agreement now’ box at the bottom of the page. This will then make the signature box visible to you. By entering any form of signature or mark in this box you are signing your learning agreement.</p>

<h2>How to get a copy of your digital learning agreement</h2>

<p>Once you have completed your learning agreement the label next to your enrolment will turn blue and state ‘view learning agreement’. Click on this this label to be taken to a page where you can download a pfd copy of your learning agreement.</p>

<h2>How to get help with your digital learning agreement</h2>

<h2>Finding a course for you</h2>
<p>Find the course you are interested in studying by selecting Courses, Venues or Times tab in the Menu.</p>
<p>You can find out about entry requirements, what you will learn on the course, how you will get feedback on progress and much more in the course information section.</p>
<h2>How to enrol or apply for a course</h2>

<p>Many of our courses can be enrolled on directly by clicking on the ‘enrol now’ button on the course information page while others require you to complete an application. In both cases you can also click on the enquire button to ask a question about the course.</p>
<p>Where a course has an application process you should set aside around 30 minutes to complete it. You will need details of any previous qualifications you have taken that will support your application so have these ready.</p>
<p>If your application meets the course requirements and there are still spaces on your chosen course, you will be offered a place and contacted for payment (if required).</p>
<p>If there are no spaces available we will contact you to discuss your options; there may be another course available. Either way, we will let you know the outcome.</p>

<h2>Initial Assessment</h2>

<p>After you have completed your application you will need to complete an initial assessment for your chosen subject, unless you have previously done this with us in the last six months.</p>
<p>Please choose a suitable time and a quiet place to complete this assessment. We do recommend that you complete your assessment as soon as possible to have the best chance of securing a place on the course. We will be unable to make a decision about your application until you have completed your initial assessment.</p>

<h2>Health and support needs</h2>

<p>If you have a health or support need (learning difficulty or disability), please let us know when you apply for a course. We can then assess your support needs and put in place adjustments to support you on your course.</p>
