What the course is about

During this course you will receive both group and individual support in order to help you learn more about making beautiful Corsages & Buttonholes.

You will be shown how to design and then make corsages and buttonholes, as simple or as complicated as you feel they need to be, to represent your chosen theme. If you have any accessories you would like to include in the designs, please bring them along.

This course aims to introduce you to some basic floristry techniques that are required to create these designs. After learning these floristry skills, you will be able to build and develop more advanced floral designs which you can then share with and impress your family and friends.

All our courses are made up of elements of speaking & listening, reading and writing, and you will work using these elements throughout the course.

Some of the skills you gain on this course could help increase your opportunities for employment or working within the community. Learning takes place in a friendly classroom setting, which is a great place for social interaction and helping you meet new people.

Practice at home and completion of homework is advisable to enhance your learning experience.
