<p><span style="font-size:14px"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif">This is a Level 1 course so learners will need working competency in written English and word-processing skills.</span></span></p>

<p><span style="font-size:14px"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif">Learners without formal qualifications may consider taking our ICT for Beginners A  course before progressing onto this course.</span></span></p>
