A new password can be e-mailed or texted to you.
If your current e-mail address or mobile is recorded on your account then we can send you a new temporary password to you.
We need either the e-mail address for your account or your mobile number.
What to do if your e-mail address or mobile number has changed or is wrong, or you cannot access it at this time.
If you have changed your email address and require us to update it on your account, please contact us. You can either contact your tutor or e-mail us at adultlearning@camden.gov.uk. We may need to ask some security questions and then we can change your account to include your up-to-date e-mail address. Then you can get your password sent to your correct e-mail address.
