Previous experience, knowledge or qualifications

<p>You should have a solid basic foundation in using devices and changing device settings, email, internet, creating and editing documents, online shopping and creating online accounts. You might have studied our Digital Basics course or a similar course. If you don&#039;t yet have these skills you should enrol on Digital Basics.</p>
