<p>This programme is designed to support adults with learning difficulties, disabilities, or barriers to work to gain and sustain paid employment.</p>

<p>Supported Employment offers personalised support to help you develop the skills, confidence, and experience needed for work. The programme focuses on preparing you for employment and supporting you directly in the workplace to help you succeed.</p>

<li>Employability and Job Search Skills</li>
<li>English and Communication Skills</li>
<li>Maths Skills for Work</li>
<li>Digital Skills</li>
<li>Personal Development and Confidence Building</li>
<li>Workplace Skills and Job-Specific Training</li>
<li>You will learn both in a classroom setting and within real work environments.</li>

Course requirements

<p>To take part in this programme, you should:</p>

<ul>
<li>Be aged 19 or over</li>
<li>Have a learning difficulty, disability, or barrier to employment</li>
<li>Be motivated to find and sustain work</li>
<li>Be willing to take part in training and work-related activity</li>
<li>Be able to travel independently or with support</li>
</ul>

<p>No formal qualifications are required.</p>

Location

<p>City Learning Quarter, Old Hall Street, Wolverhampton WV1 3AU</p>

<p>Work placements will be with local employers across Wolverhampton and surrounding areas.</p>

<li>Achievement of individual goals</li>
<li>Tutor and job coach reviews</li>
<li>Practical tasks and activities</li>
</ul>

<p>You will have regular reviews to track progress and plan next steps.</p>

Are there any additional costs?

<p>There are no <strong>additional course costs</strong>.<br />
All learning materials and resources will be provided.</p>

What qualification will I get?
