Floristry - Level 1

<li>A practical, hands-on floristry course designed to develop basic craft and floral design skills.</li>

<li>Suitable for beginners as well as those who have completed an Entry Level floristry course.</li>

<li>You must be aged 19 or over.</li>
<li>No previous qualifications required, although Entry Level floristry experience may be helpful.</li>
<li>An interest in craft, design or floral arrangement.</li>
<li>Commitment to regular attendance and completing practical tasks.</li>

<li>Provides a supportive environment tailored to adults building creative skills.</li>

<li>Teacher feedback throughout the course.</li>
<li>Completion of a portfolio of evidence including photographs, notes and completed arrangements.</li>
<li>Production of a final assessed floral design piece.</li>

<li>Course fees may apply, depending on eligibility.</li>
<li>Basic materials will be provided, but you may be asked to contribute to the cost of fresh flowers for certain sessions.</li>
<li>You may wish to purchase personal tools (e.g., scissors, ribbon) but this is optional.  </li>

<p><strong>NCFE Level 1 Award in Creative Craft – Floristry</strong> - A nationally recognised introductory qualification demonstrating basic creative craft skills.</p>
