<li>Suitable for students who want to improve their English for employment, progression to Functional Skills Level 2, access courses, apprenticeships or further study.</li>
<li>The GCSE specification is designed to be accessible to a wide range of students, while offering stretch and challenge through analysis and extended writing tasks.</li>

<li>Commitment to regular attendance and independent study between classes.</li>
