Maths - Entry Level 3

<li>Suitable for adults who are returning to learning or who want to strengthen their basic maths skills before progressing to Functional Skills Level 1 or GCSE.</li>

<li>You must be aged 19 or over.</li>
<li>No formal qualifications are required.</li>
<li>A short skills test will ensure you join the right level.</li>
<li>Willingness to attend regularly and take part in all learning activities.</li>

<li>Builds confidence in using maths in everyday situations.</li>
<li>Provides a supportive first step into further maths study.</li>
<li>Helps with budgeting, planning, travelling, shopping and work-related tasks.</li>
<li>Prepares you to progress to Functional Skills Level 1 Maths or GCSE Maths.</li>
<li>Taught by experienced teachers who understand the needs of adult student.</li>
</ul>

<li>Classroom-based lessons supported by group work, practical tasks and guided practice.</li>
<li>Use of worksheets, interactive resources and everyday scenarios.</li>
<li>Online learning resources to support study outside of class</li>
<li>Supportive teaching at a pace suitable for your needs.</li>

<li>Through small in class tasks, short assessments and practical activities.</li>
<li>Assessment is ongoing, with regular feedback from your teacher.</li>
<li>When ready, you will complete a short test for your Entry Level qualification</li>

<li>The course is <strong>free for most adult students</strong>, depending on eligibility.</li>
<li>You may need basic stationery (pen, pencil, ruler, rubber, notebook, calculator).</li>
<li>No specialist equipment or textbooks are required.</li>

<p><strong>Edexcel Entry Level Certificate in Mathematics</strong> - Available at Entry Level 1, 2 or 3 depending on your starting point.</p>
