Know your personality and how to work with others in a work or social setting, learn how to be assertive and use it effectively where you are motivated and empowered for the next step.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:"Aptos",sans-serif">This is a 5-week course to help you identify your personality, where you learn how to use techniques to enhance your confidence and assertiveness in a professional light, so you shine and impress your colleagues at work and friends within social settings. </span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:"Aptos",sans-serif">The final session will be a chance for you to demonstrate to your tutor what you have learnt over the course.</span></span></p>
