What will the course cover?
<p>This short course will help include movements and songs to play with your baby to support their physical and sensory development, aid digestion and help you bond with your baby. Learners will also increase their confidence in handling and interacting with their baby and increase their awareness and understanding of their baby’s cues and communication. Learners will have a chance at the end of the session to gain further support and ask questions. </p>
How will I be taught?
<p>This is a group session which takes place over 4 weeks led by a tutor trained in baby yoga. </p>

What will I be able to do after this course?
<p>You will have an understanding of the benefits of baby yoga movements to support your baby’s development. You will learn how to practice these movements safely at home and be able to increase your confidence in understanding and interacting with your baby. </p>

<p>Parking:</p>
<p>There is paid parking out the front of The Chapel, you can pay via the app or inside The Chapel.</p>
<p>You can also park at The Pavillion</p>
<p>The only direct access to The Chapel is coming from the east, if you come via the west past The Pavillion, there are bollards blocking the way.</p>
