How will my progress be assessed?

<p><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="color:black">You will be asked to complete a ‘Getting to know you’ form before your session, followed by a quick questionnaire at the start and end of the course to show what you enjoyed, learnt and found helpful. The tutor will also give you guidance throughout the session and answer any questions that you may have. </span></span></span></p>

What will the course cover?

<p><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">This one-hour workshop gives parents the practical tools and confidence to manage their children’s screen use with less conflict and more clarity. The session explores what healthy screen time really looks like, why children struggle to switch off, and how families can build balanced digital habits that actually stick. Parents will learn how to set boundaries that work, create smoother transitions, and use technology to support—not replace—good routines. Key topics include:</span></span></p>
