Who is the course for
<p><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif">This course is suitable for parents and caregivers of children, between the age of 6 and 13, who experience worry or anxiety, or for those who want to proactively support their child’s emotional wellbeing and resilience.</span></span></p>

What will the course cover?
<p><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">This four-session course is designed to help parents better understand childhood anxiety and develop practical, effective ways to support their children. Through a combination of discussion, reflection, and evidence-informed strategies, parents will gain insight into what anxiety is, how it presents in children, and why it occurs.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">The course also focuses on empowering parents with tools they can use both in the moment—when their child is feeling anxious—and over the long term, by fostering resilience and promoting a more positive, confident outlook in their children.</span></span></p>
