Baby Massage: Worthing East Family Hub

<p>Parents and babies from 6 weeks – pre- crawling  </p>

<p>No prior knowledge needed </p>

<p>The tutor will give guidance throughout the session </p>

<p>These sessions will include guidance on how to practice baby massage safely, the benefits of baby massage, how you can use baby massage to bond with your baby and support their development, and a range of baby massage strokes which are easy to follow and continue with at home. Learners will also increase their confidence in handling and interacting with their baby and increase their awareness and understanding of their baby’s cues and communication. Learners will have a chance at the end of the session to gain further support and ask questions. </p>

<p>Sessions will be led by a tutor who is a qualified infant massage instructor through the International Association of Infant Massage </p>

<p>You will have an understanding of the benefits of baby massage and how to practice it safely. You will learn baby massage strokes that you can continue with at home. You will be able to increase your confidence in understanding and interacting with your baby. You will know how to support your baby’s development through baby massage. </p>
