What will the course cover?
<p>This course will cover how to safely implement tummy time for a variety of ages and stages. Learners will practice various tummy time positions and learn ways to make tummy time more enjoyable for their baby. We will discuss how to practice tummy time safely and ways that we can support baby’s physical development (eg. Limit container equipment use). Learners will leave with a lot of play based ideas on how to continue practicing tummy time at home with their baby. We will discuss the importance of tummy time and how it benefits baby’s development.</p>
How will I be taught?
<p>Sessions will be led by a tutor who has completed training on tummy time. The sessions will be led by the tutor whilst families sit in a circle and engage in the activities with their babies. </p>

<p>You will have an understanding of the benefits of tummy time, as well as how to make this fun and engaging for yourself and your baby. </p>
