GOALS

<p><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">You will be joining a small group, in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere, and will participate in interactive discussions and reflective exercises where you examine what stops you from moving forward and how to challenge your barriers in order to achieve the life you want.  You will learn how to understand your potential, and how clarifying your values and what is important to you, will help you set meaningful goals.</span></span></p>

<p>The course is for adults aged 19 and over who live in Swindon. You need to be able to speak, read and write basic English as this is needed to follow instructions from the tutor and on screen.</p>

<p>The course is fully funded for those who are: aged 19+, unemployed / job seeking those wanting to improve their self confidence and/or motivation.
