What is the course about?
<p>This course is primarily for young adults aged 19+, particularly those with learning difficulties and / or autism. The aims of this course includes:</p>
<ul>
<li>How to identify different types of relationships and their differences, </li>
<li> Managing these relationships including mutual consent, </li>
<li> Boundaries and your own rights and responsibilities, </li>
<li> How to get guidance and advice for different types of relationships and how to stay safe, </li>
<li>Challenges and break ups within a relationship, </li>
<li>How to put this into practice in day to day life.</li>

Who is the course for?
