What is the course about?

<p>This course is primarily for young adults aged 19+, particularly those with learning difficulties and / or autism. The aims of this course includes:</p>

<ul>
<li>How to identify different types of relationships and their differences, </li>
<li> Managing these relationships including mutual consent, </li>
<li> Boundaries and your own rights and responsibilities, </li>
<li> How to get guidance and advice for different types of relationships and how to stay safe, </li>
<li>Challenges and break ups within a relationship, </li>
<li>How to put this into practice in day to day life.</li>

Who is the course for?

<p>This course is aimed at young people aged 19+, particularly those with a learning difficulty or those on the Autisim spectrum.</p>

<p>You will achieve knowledge and skills to help you to better manage your relationships.</p>

<p>You will be assessed by taking in part in discussions and quizzes.</p>

What can I do next?

<p>You will receive advice and guidance on what you might like to do next including how to brush up your English, maths and IT skills and other courses locally that might be available. You can also find out about volunteering opportunities.</p>
