Who is eligible for this course?

What will I learn?
<p>By the end of this course, you will be able to:</p>

<li>Understand what personal resilience is and how it supports your wellbeing</li>
<li>Identify common challenges or stressors and how they impact on wellbeing</li>
<li>Explore simple strategies for maintaining a positive outlook and building resilience</li>
<li>Create a personal plan to build your resilience and wellbeing</li>
</ul>
What materials do I need?
<p>Everything is provided but we would recommend that you bring a pad to take notes. </p>
How will I be assessed?
<p>Your progress will be assessed through informal group and individual activities such as discussions and workbooks.</p>
What can I do next?
<p>You will receive information and advice about your next steps that could include further learning, volunteering or routes into employment.</p>

How will you learn?
<p>You will join a small group in a friendly and supportive environment. Interactive learning will take place through discussions, group work, videos and hands-on practice of different tools and techniques.</p>
