What is the course about?

Who is eligible for this course?

What will I learn?

<p>By the end of the course, you will understand:</p>

<p>• how to take personal responsibility for food safety<br />
• the importance of personal hygiene<br />
• the importance of keeping work areas clean and hygienic<br />
• the importance of keeping food safe</p>

What materials do I need?

<p>Everything is provided but you may choose to bring a pad and pen to make notes.</p>

How will I be assessed?

<p>You will complete a multiple choice exam at the end of course. You will be given support to prepare for the exam.</p>

What can I do next?

<p>You will receive information and advice about your next steps that could include further learning, volunteering or routes into employment.</p>
