Award in Customer Service (Level 2)

<p>With Customer Service Level 2, you can apply for front-facing, support, administrative, retail, hospitality, and call-centre roles. Retail & Store Roles; retail Assistant; Hospitality & Catering; Office & Admin; Logistics & Public Sector; Healthcare & Care Sector; Contact Centres.        </p>

<p><strong>*PLEASE NOTE: Courses that are held at Gorse Hill Baptist Church or Enterprise Works involve the use of induction hobs, so may not be suitable for learners who have pacemakers or insulin pumps. <p>Everything is provided but you may choose to bring a pad and pen to make notes.</p>

<p>You will complete a multiple choice exam at the end of course. You will be given support to prepare for the exam.</p>

<p>You will receive information and advice about your next steps that could include further learning, volunteering or routes into employment.</p>

<p>You will join a small group in a friendly and supportive environment. Interactive learning will take place through discussions, group work, videos and hands-on practice of different tools and techniques.</p>
