What is the course about?

<p>This course aims to help you take practical steps toward improving your wellbeing. You’ll learn why adding structure to your week matters, discover ways to connect with others, explore simple ideas for healthy eating and staying active, and create your own personal wellbeing plan. By the end of the course, you’ll have tools and strategies to feel more organised, connected, and healthy.</p>

Who is eligible for this course?

What will I learn?

<p>By the end of this course, you will:<br />
-Understand why adding structure to your week is helpful <br />
-Identify ways to get out and connect with others<br />
-Identify ideas for healthy eating and keeping active<br />
-Create a personal wellbeing plan</p>

What materials do I need?

<p>Everything is provided but we would recommend that you bring a pad to take notes.    </p>

How will I be assessed?

<p>Your progress will be assessed through informal group and individual activities such as discussions and  workbooks.</p>

What can I do next?

<p>You will receive information and advice about your next steps that could include further learning, volunteering or routes into employment.</p>
