What is the course about?

<p>This course aims to develop your understanding of using mindfulness techniques, improve your self-esteem and increase feelings of positivity. It also recognises how small differences can make a big difference to your life.</p>

Who is eligible for this course?

What will I learn?

<p>By the end of this course, you will:</p>

<p>•    Understand how self-esteem and responses to events can shape experience and situation<br />
•    Recognise the importance of mindfulness<br />
•    Understand how to improve positive self-talk<br />
•    Understand the benefits of using positive affirmation</p>

What materials do I need?

<p>Everything is provided but you may choose to bring a pad and pen to make notes.</p>

How will I be assessed?

<p>Your progress will be assessed through informal group and individual activities such as discussions and workbooks.</p>

What can I do next?

<p>You will receive information and advice about your next steps that could include further learning, volunteering or routes into employment.</p>

How will you learn?
