What is the course about?
<p>This course aims to help you understand the different types of relationships in your life and ways to manage them positively. You will explore what makes a healthy relationship, rights and responsibilities, how to stay safe and where to go for advice.</p>
Who is eligible for this course?

What will I learn?
<p>By the end of this course, you will:</p>
<p>• Understand the different types of relationship in your life</p>
<p>• Be more able to recognise what is a healthy relationship and how to keep yourself safe</p>
What materials do I need?
<p>Everything is provided but you may choose to bring a pad and pen to make notes.</p>
How will I be assessed?
<p>Your progress will be assessed through informal group and individual activities such as discussions and workbooks.</p>
What can I do next?
<p>You will receive information and advice about your next steps that could include further learning, volunteering or routes into employment.</p>
