What is the course about?
<p>In support of the Men’s Mental Health Roadshow, 11th–17th May, join us for a relaxed, hands-on Italian-inspired cooking session designed to help you build practical everyday life skills. Together, we’ll create a delicious homemade pasta dish using classic Mediterranean flavours. </p>
Who is eligible for this course?

What will I learn?
<p>By the end of this course, you will:<br />
-batch cook a simple pasta sauce <br />
-eat well on a budget using affordable Italian staples <br />
-add more nutrients into your meals with fresh Mediterranean ingredients <br />
-save time and money through smart cooking and simple Italian techniques <br />

What materials do I need?
<p>Everything is provided but we would recommend that you bring a pad to take notes.</p>
How will I be assessed?
<p>Your progress will be assessed through informal group and individual activities such as discussions and workbooks.</p>
What can I do next?
<p>You will receive information and advice about your next steps that could include further learning, volunteering or routes into employment. </p>
