What is the course about?

Who is eligible for this course?

What will I learn?

<p>By the end of this course you will be able to:</p>

<p>•    Access and use a device to search the internet safely.<br />
•    Use and manage an email account safely, sending and receiving emails and attaching and opening documents.<br />
•    Get connected with essential services; library, schools, doctors, dentists. </p>

What materials do I need?

<p>Everything is provided but you may choose to bring a pad and pen to make notes.</p>

How will I be assessed?

<p>Your progress will be assessed through informal group and individual activities such as discussions and workbooks.</p>

What can I do next?

<p>You will receive information and advice about your next steps that could include further learning, volunteering or routes into employment.</p>
