What the course is about
<p>If you would like to learn new and exciting vegan recipes, come along to this workshop and give your taste buds a treat. You will have a chance to cook a three course vegan meal: beetroot hummus, lettuce cups filled with veg strir fry, satay sauce and lime; and finally dessert: mix berries Pavlova!</p>
Previous experience, knowledge or qualifications you need to do this course
<p>ou must be able to work independently in a kitchen. Please state any allergies or dietary requirements when booking.</p>
What you need to bring with you
<p>All equipment and basic ingredients will be provided. You will need an apron and various sized containers to take your delicious food home. You may be asked to provide your National Insurance number so please can you bring it with you.</p>
