Join our course and let your taste buds do the exploring as each week we will visit a different country to cook a speciality dish.

Previous experience, knowledge or qualifications you need to do this course

You must be able to work independently in a kitchen. Please state any allergies or dietary requirements when booking.

What you need to bring with you

All equipment and basic ingredients will be provided. You will need an apron and various sized containers to take your delicious food home. You may be asked to provide your National Insurance number so please can you bring it with you.
