Pottery Improvers Course - Handbuilding with Templates and Textures

<p><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-family:&#34;Arial&#34;,sans-serif">Inspired by the work of contemporary ceramicists, students will work with textured slabs and templates to design, build and decorate their own cups and pots over this five-week course. We will look at contemporary makers who use imprint and impressed decoration, then each piece will be constructed using soft slabs, with students deciding which design they will use for the surface of their work and which glaze to finish and enhance their chosen pattern.</span></span></span></p>
