What the course is about
This 2 hour workshop is for families new to family learning designed to support parents by helping them learn a range of effective anger management skills. It will look at Self-regulation, Self-awareness, Self-reflection and effective communication.

No previous experience required but you will asked to read and consent to our online learning guidance
