Building self-esteem and resilience in children

This workshop is for families new to family learning designed to help parents/carers learn practical communication skills for everyday life and to develop their ability to bring up happy, confident and co-operative children.  

Topics will include:

Positive reinforcement strategies and tools to help build confidence and self-esteem in children                                                                                   

No previous experience required

Paper and pen for notes

Pre and post evaluations to monitor progress

There will be a short post evaluation to complete to evaluate the workshop. You will have the opportunity to share with us your thoughts on what you enjoyed and any improvement we could make.
