The course covers topics ranging from handling online information, creating documents, video calling, emails and online safety </span></span></span></span></span></p>

<p><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><strong><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"><span style="color:black">IT User Skills Level 2 and 3</span></span></span></strong></span></span></p>
<p style="text-align:justify"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">These courses cover the underpinning skills and knowledge that could aid progress to further education or employment. It can offer those moving into their first job roles the confidence to work effectively with ICT and deal with tasks that are straightforward or routine. On Level 2 you will learn how to </span></span><span style="font-size:10.5pt"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">make use IT tools for activities that are at times non-routine or unfamiliar, and devise solutions to use IT tools to improve productivity. </span></span><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">On level 3 you will learn how to use complex and non-routine IT tools for activities, devise solutions in the use of IT tools in order to improve productivity. They will take considerable responsibility and autonomy and be prepared to offer support and advice to others.</span></span></span></p>
Previous experience, knowledge or qualifications

We will discuss with you what IT skills you are looking to improve and how you are planning to use your IT skills. This will allow us to identify your gaps in IT skills and place you on the most appropriate IT course.</span></span></strong></span></span></p>

<p><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><strong><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"><span style="color:black">As a guide for Entry 3 or Level 1 ESDQ your English level should be a strong Entry 3 or Level 1 </span></span></strong></span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><strong><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"><span style="color:black">As a guide to enrol on the L2 or L3 IT User skills your English level must be at wither Level 1 or working towards a Level 2.</span></span></strong></span></span></p>

<p><strong><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"><span style="color:black">Level 2 and 3 IT User Skills require you to build a portfolio of evidence</span></span></span></strong></p>
