Anger Management workshop for Parents of Teens aged 12+ Online

<p><span style="background-color:transparent; color:#000000; font-family:Calibri,sans-serif; font-size:11pt">This 2 hour workshop is for parent/carers  of children aged 12years + We will explore when the needs of parents and teenagers do not match, look at increasing our understanding of anger and share tips and strategies on how to manage difficult often challenging, destructive behaviours and extreme emotions; helping to create a more cooperative, happy cohesive household.</span></p>

<p>No previous experience required but you will asked to read and consent to our online learning guidance</p>

You will have the opportunity to share with us your thoughts on what you enjoyed and any improvement we could make.</span></p>
