What the course is about
<p>This course is for families new to family learning designed to support parents facing issues and challenges presented by adolescents. It will look at Self-regulation, Self-awareness, Self-reflection, Self-esteem, and; positive discipline, role modelling and effective communication.</p>

<p>No previous experience required but you will asked to read and consent to our online learning guidance</p>
