What the course is about
<p>Introduce learners to sewing, using the sewing machine, basic skills in Dressmaking., Crafts/ Designs and Pattern making. Beginners learn about sewing machine skills. Intermediates: create bodice block. Advanced: expand skills to a professional level. All levels/mixed ability (please see attached for details).</p>
Previous experience, knowledge or qualifications
<p>No previous experience required but an interest in sewing is necessary</p>
Materials you need to bring
<p>Pattern Paper, Scissors for fabric/ small scissors for paper cuttings, needle, thread, pencil, chalk, pins, tape measure (inches/metric) ruler, pattern master and Tracing wheel. If you do not have above materials - you can buy at the Centre. Very Good sewing machines are supplied to all participants in class. Some material/fabric/tools can be bought in class.</p>

<p>There will be a short questionnaire to complete to evaluate the course. You will have the opportunity to share with us your thoughts on what you enjoyed and any improvement we could make.</p>
