Description

<p>Yoga will allow you to learn ways to stay healthy and well, reduce stress, be more calm, balanced and flexible. </p>

<p>This short course will help you manage your own physical exercise programme to help you increase your energy levels and breathing. The course will include stretching, basic yoga postures and breathing techniques followed by a relaxation.  </p>

<p>We encourage parents to bring their babies (0- crawling) along and have fun with the whole family or simply make new friends and learn yoga skills to replicate at home! </p>

<p>Yoga is for every *Body* and every *Body* can do Yoga. You&#039;re never too young or too old to start! </p>

<p>Please wear comfortable/gym clothing. </p>

<p>Yoga mat provided. Tea, coffee and biscuits provided. </p>
