<p>This course is an introduction to working or volunteering with animals. Units include: the care of animals (2 credits), developing confidence working with animals (3 credits), feedstuffs for small animals (2 units) and study skills (3 units).</p>

What can students expect?

<p>This course is an introduction to working or volunteering with animals. Units include: the care of animals (2 credits), developing confidence working with animals (3 credits), feedstuffs for small animals (2 units) and study skills (3 units).</p>

<p>You will learn using a combination of working in groups and on an individual, one-to-one basis?through?practical activities, role play and?demonstrations. The course is classroom based but will include visits to city farms and other animal environments.</p>

<p>This course is open to adults who are resident in Lambeth and who are interested in this subject area. You should be able to read and write at least in basic English. You do not need to have previous experience of working on a computer.  </p>
