Skills to help you with everyday tasks.

At the end of this course, you will be able to:
Create and save a Word document.
Make changes to text eg put a sentence in bold, in italics and underline it.
Set up an email account.
Use a search engine confidently

You will learn through practical exercises, in class demonstration and one to one support from your tutor. Learning will be shared through peer support.

You will use an Individual Learning Plan to set goals and record your progress and achievement.

You will be offered advice and guidance during the course on what you can do next. For example, you could progress to an Entry 3 Qualification in ICT.
