The course will provide a simple hands-on introduction for those who struggle with the new benefit system- Universal Credit.
The course will offer you the opportunity to gain confidence in using a computer, to learn how to use Microsoft Word to create your CV and how to use the internet, including the JCP Universal Jobmatch service, to find work.

Each student will have their own computer to work on.
Presentations will be made using computers and printed notes. Step by step instruction, with demonstrations where appropriate, will help you grasp the concepts.
