Description

Art for Wellbeing is a creative course designed to help you explore drawing and painting as a way to relax, express yourself, and boost your wellbeing. You don’t need any previous art experience – this is about enjoying the process, not creating a “perfect” picture.

Over the sessions, you’ll try different techniques in drawing and painting, experiment with colours and textures, and discover how art can support mindfulness, reduce stress, and build self-confidence. You’ll have the chance to reflect on your own creative journey, connect with others in a supportive group, and create a collection of artworks that are uniquely yours.

By the end of the course, you’ll have learned practical art skills, found new ways to express your emotions, and experienced how creativity can be a powerful tool for personal wellbeing.
