<p>This eight-week yoga course is ideal for all those who want to learn new ways to reduce stress and practice self-care. Yoga will allow you to learn ways to stay healthy and well, reduce stress, and become more calm, balanced and flexible. </p>

<p>This course is for all levels, so you do not need previous knowledge of yoga. Yoga is for everybody and every body is a yoga body! </p>

<p>Each session will include stretching, basic yoga postures and breathing techniques, followed by relaxation. </p>
