This course is for complete beginners who would like to learn how to design and make their own jewellery using various techniques, whether for yourself or to give as a gift!
What can students expect?
At the end of this course, you should be able to:
You will learn the step by step process in designing and making a bracelet and earrings using beads and how to finish them to a professional finish
You will learn how to choose the correct wire and findings.
You will be able to choose from our huge selection of beautiful beads or bring your own beads to re-purpose.
You will leave the workshop with your handcrafted jewellery to proudly wear or give away as gifts and the confidence to create many more jewellery masterpieces in your own home.
Teaching method/style?
There is instruction throughout the session, the tutor will provide a brief demonstration at the beginning of each session and will be on hand to advise and help throughout the remainder of the session.
The tutor also provides all the tools and work trays for the session for free -there is an option to buy your own tools and beads to take away with you so you continue making more jewellery in your own time.

No entry requirements.
What is the progression route?
We will give you all the information about your next steps before you finish the course. The tutor will help you to decide on your progression. There will be an opportunity to arrange 1:1 meeting with career specialist.
