In this course, you will learn about physical exercise, meditation and their benefits on your entire body and mind.
We will learn how to release stress by doing simple yoga poses and breathing techniques.

At the end of this course, you should be able to:
A Recognise stress signs and symptoms and choose techniques for relaxation
B Identify the benefits of yoga on health and wellbeing
C Demonstrate basic yoga poses that increase your strength and help you to relax
D Identify a few basic yoga poses that help you to meditate to calm down
Teaching method/style?
Various resources will be used during sessions such as presentations and relaxing music.
You will spend most of the time on the mat practising yoga under the tutor’s supervision.
