Yoga will allow you to forget about your problems and to relax in a quiet relaxing atmosphere with music in the background. It will make a difference to your wellbeing and mood. This short course will help you manage your own physical exercise programme to help you increase your energy levels and breathing. The course will include: stretching, basic yoga postures and breathing techniques followed by a relaxation.
