<p>This course is a five-week creative wellbeing programme using collage art to support emotional expression and relaxation. Participants will explore colour, texture, and imagery to reflect their thoughts, feelings, and personal experiences in a supportive environment. Each session includes demonstrations, creative practice, and reflective discussion to encourage mindfulness and self-awareness. The course aims to build confidence, improve emotional wellbeing, and develop basic collage skills. By the end of the programme, participants will create a final artwork representing their personal wellbeing journey and creative growth.  </p>
