This course is for anyone who is experiencing symptoms of stress, loneliness, anxiety or low mood or who maybe struggling to express themselves verbally.
You will learn how to unlock your creativity using art as a tool for self-expression. Using a variety of different materials, you will be able to try out different strategies to improve your wellbeing in a supportive and non-judgemental environment.

Express yourself by making a piece of art/craft

Express feelings of anxiety, depression etc.
Recall memories and important life events.
Find your own techniques to help relaxation.
