It is a course for everyone who struggles to express themselves verbally.
You will learn how to use Art as a mean of communication.
You will be able to express your emotions and issues you face in an open and non-judgemental environment.
There is no need to have previous experience of art making to experience the benefits of art therapy.

At the end of this course, you should be able to:
A Express yourself by making a piece of art/craft
B Become more confident
C Express feelings of anxiety, depression etc.
D Recall memories and important life events
E Find your own techniques to help relaxation
F Explore changes in lifestyles and situations, grief and loss

Various resources will be used during sessions such as pencils, paints, glue, paper, beads and more craft materials.
