<p>Learners will develop practical leadership skills focused on creating safe, welcoming, and accessible community spaces, using active listening and inclusive engagement tools to build trust, increase participation, and strengthen shared ownership within communities. </p>

<p>The programme will help participants understand how listening to community voices can shape projects that reflect local needs, reduce barriers to involvement, and foster belonging. </p>
