<p>This course is designed to support community members and volunteers who want to inspire and involve others in local projects. </p>

<p>Learners will develop practical leadership skills focused on creating safe, welcoming, and accessible community spaces, using active listening and inclusive engagement tools to build trust, increase participation, and strengthen shared ownership within communities.  </p>
