If you are currently looking for employment or volunteering this will widen your knowledge and skills in these topics.

Any previous experience/qualifications you need to do the course

A basic level of conversational and written English is required.

What you need to bring with you

Learners must have access to a laptop, tablet or desktop with good wifi and a webcam.

It would be a benefit to have a copy of your CV to use through the session.

If the workshop is face to face please bring your device with you.

You’ll take part in supportive discussions and reflect on your learning throughout the workshop—no formal exams, just practical learning you can apply straight away.
